I've never been a fan of coffee. But for some reason I really want to start drinking a nice cup in the morning. I bought a french press and a grinder along with some hills brother coffee. Excited to try my new setup I ground the whole beans and brought the water to a light boil did everything right and the coffee tasted bitter. So, I ordered some whole bean blackout coffee medium roast which tasted great. Not bitter in the least and was OK. But I want to start exploring other whole bean coffees so I am looking for some recomendations.
