For the record there is a push for this on a global scale.
It obviously cant be done so long as privacy exists.
The removal of all privacy is also being pushed for globally and you can expect hurt feelings and children to be among the justifications used.
By all privacy I do mean ALL. They want to know where you sleep, what you look at, the things you know, who your friends and family are, what you eat, how often you charge your cellphone, and so on. Fools will say they have nothing to hide. Anyone with a bit of wisdom knows knowledge is power. A government that knows your every deed and potential path can toy with you to death at will.
As history shows where there is power there is someone willing to abuse it or use it maliciously. Even if somehow only the best of intentions were involved its still a disturbing and potentially tragic thing.

This is all before the push for transhumanism or the push for making it so anything you own can be revoked at the press of a button gets involved.
