That's what niggers do, instead of destroying, exploit their vulnerabilities. Regardless, it's stupid to think that the city will waste money on this, instead of dealing with the rampant crime. If you disable the cameras the city is wasting money on them, both by having to fix them, and the missed revenue they won't generate. Eventually the cost to benefit ratio will make them impractical.
