Ketchup lasts more than mayonnaise

I've got two identical plastic bottles of Heinz ketchup and mayonnaise. The ketchup is still half full, the mayonnaise is empty. As far as I understand, mayonnaise has more air than ketchup and lasts less. The fact that they both cost the same is a hoax.
