There are well water issues even up north. I am familiar as I own two houses ther. However, they are in a developed community, but yes, it’s something to be aware of, especially if you think you’re gonna homestead up between PV and Chino.

And it was all 100% my mechanical design and operations schedule, 30dsys 7x24. The shit that went down behind the scenes was an eye opener for me on top of what I was already involved in.
