If fisher-price made a PC this is what it would look like. Apple knows their userbase are children and cant be trusted with the "responsibility" of installing programs on their own PC. And of course apple users will bend over and take it.

there are many situations where i want to install a program that happens to have a mac port, or an early release, or whatever. this hurts consumers.
