It's even worse than that man. Californians paid over $100 Million in 1994 to construct the state's largest water bank, and then once it was completed they sold it to 2 fucking Jews at a record loss.

They then started selling the water back to Californian public water utilities.

In theory wouldn't that increase the size of the reservoir? Higher prices equals less use.

Or basically if it isn't monopolized then you have a tragedy of the commons that causes it to drain as fast as possible.

The problem is the government demanded that a historic stream be kept running. That and there are too many people in California all together and the illegals have to go.

Also you have federal land management instead of private land management that cares about its land not going up in flames.
