Probably about the same reason every avenue possible was (and is) taken to discourage everyone from actually reading Mein Kampf and Hitlers Zweites Buch....while every means possible is employed to shuttle people into reading ABOUT Hitler, and ABOUT his writings, by anti-Hitler authors.
