I have them in one eye prominently, very annoying at times. Doctor said there must have been some inflammation at one point in just that eye (none in the other).

I had them for a while after getting LASIK. It was something I was told about and expected. Now if I get up too fast, I have stars in my peripheral vision.

Check and possibly lower your blood pressure. Less salt, no caff, no alch, more water, etc. Of course the biggest thing is to not be fat.
