They've had both houses and didn't change anything of any significance. Without paper ballots only, none of us actually know where we actually stand as it all can be manipulated from afar. There's ballot box stuffing, fraudulent vote counting and tabulation, and misrepresentation in reporting the election, not to mention in presidential elections unfaithful electors.
