Normally the prosecution must go through discovery and would be limited legally to what they would be allowed to submit. And the defence would be allowed to submit anything that proved innocence or lies by the witnesses or victims. But that was not allowed.

So we had a jury that only heard actresses manipulating them emotionally with no real defence allowed.

That's why he got his sentence quashed.

But no one believes he is innocent.

He was undoubtedly the most influential black person in the USA and he was a conservative that told black men to get an education, career and stop blaming others for their life.
