Metalheads - The Infamous Milwaukee Metal Fest is back after a 19 year hiatus! The rights were bought by Jamey Jasta (Singer of Hatebreed) and the lineup is PACKED. Over 60 bands have been announced with another 30 to be added in the coming weeks. But ticket prices are expensive - Almost $400 for the 3-Day pass and that's the early-bird pricing. They have a payment plan option available to split the ticket prices over 4 payments for Feb, March, April & May.
I pulled the trigger and got a 1-day general admission ticket - standing room only. $150 total and they tacked on $27 in fees and other bullshit. Fuckin' Aye, but at least I got the payment plan option which I found out ENDS TONIGHT AND PRICES GO UP AT MIDNIGHT. So if you're planning on going GET YOUR TICKETS or PASSES TONIGHT BEFORE MIDNIGHT (Central Standard Time).
I vividly remember going to the last one in 2004 and only paid $50 for one day (which I thought was fucking expensive back then) but now I just paid triple that for one day, yet the lineup is pretty fucking killer.
