California court rules bees are now fish

Environmental groups were mad that only vertebrate animals are included in CA's Endangered Species Act, so instead of petitioning to have the scope of the law changed, they appealed to have these species of bees legally made fish so they could be protected, circumventing a lower court's decision.
So much for reading/applying laws in context. Change the legal definitions of whatever you want to mean whatever you want it to to push your agenda.
