So I've spoken of this a bit. I'm not going to flesh it all out here but questions are welcome. But the first thing that gives you an idea this guy is not legit is how undeveloped his ideas are. Anarchists in general have incoherent ideas and the capitalists are especially dense as they fail to see you cannot have both no state and a developed economy - but this guy even missed the Marxist argument against gun control nevermind the anarchist one. His view on guns is just the standard statist one of liberals.

Certainly jails serve as a form of punitive action taken against disadvantaged groups though. More jail space just means pigs have more opportunity to lock you up so you can be forced to work for capitalists making crap in jail. Forced labor is supposed to be unconstitutional by the way.
