Foster Sylvers is one younger children in the Sylvers family from the Los Angeles area.
His older brother produced this track. You can tell that this is very Jackson 5 inspired. I believe this genre is Boogie, which is lower tempo than Disco, but still danceable. At one point, his older brother's production was very much in demand.
This particular song was introduced to most younger people through Dr. Dre sampling it for the D.O.C. song "The D.O.C. and the Doctor."
Foster Sylvers was convicted in his 30s of a sex offense in which he put his dick in an unconscious woman's mouth.
