I believe that pretty much all of the US Presidents are puppets. I also believe that most of them have one specific main handler.
The man that I consider America's worst President, Woodrow Wilson, I believe his handler was Edward M. House.

Nixon- Henry Kissinger Carter- Zbigniew Brzezinski Regan- George H.W. Bush Bush 1- I think he had orders to follow, but I think he was so sold out and ingrained in the system he might hav had a direct singular handler. Clinton- Strobe Talbot Bush 2 - Dick Cheney Obama- possibly also Zbigniew Brzezinski Trump- Wilbur Ross Biden- Some think Obama, I think Anthony Blinken
