Sub-Saharan cop pulled me over and gave me a ticket. He was wrong ... not malicious - just an idiot.
I used the dash cam footage to prove he was an idiot and reversed the citation.
Actually (to much surprise) received a "thank you" email from the chief of police (small town) for being an involved citizen and providing constructive feedback. And, that corrective training would be required for the officer. (I'm sure he knew the officer was an idiot ... but he couldn't exactly say that directly...)
Short answer: Less is always better. Simple make-up, clean nails, good personal hygiene.
Long answer: I used to got to a korean salon for my hair ... and they also did nails. It would blow my mind how often these land whales would waddle in (with a 600+ calorie sugar coffee in hand) to get a mani-pedi so that they could feel pretty with their nails and feet done. These women were so gross.
I so desperately wanted to say: "Sweetheart, no one can even see your feet because you cast such a huge shadow. Save the $75 and spend the 30 minutes walking. That would create so much more value for you."
Years ago - everyone sang as part of communal worship. More to the point - songs were written to be sung by the masses. Now songs are written to be sung by auto-tuned pop stars. This 'modern' music sucks when the average man tries to sing it.

In many jurisdictions, women in custody can ask for their body search be done by a female officer.
Let's also expand it so that so that black men are policed by black officers and white men are policed by white officers.
