Over the weekend was talking to someone and he told me how he was passed over for a promotion. He said they gave it to a less qualified, less tenured woman. I said, "That shouldn't be a surprise right?" He asked what i meant. I knew he was a progressive and votes left so i really wanted to make it clear he is voting for his own self destruction as a white male. I wanted him to realize this and start seeing the truth so I told him the party in power was voted in on promises of equality for women and people of color. They are keeping their promises so it shouldn't be a surprise that you, as a white male, will have less opportunity until equality can be reached. He denied but i could see those rusty wheels turning. These people are expert level when it comes to denying reality.

He said he had his first shot and asked if I'd gotten it yet. I said,"no, im waiting to see what happens to the guinea pigs."
