About fifteen years ago, back before I started noticing things, I was in San Francisco with a few buddies of mine and we went to the tenderloin district or whatever it's called to check out the strip clubs. It was the weirdest shitiest strip club I've ever been in and I've seen a few. There was this tiny little stage and then set back ten feet was where the audience sat; forty or so seats set up in a block.

We were there for about ten minutes and this Sherborn much like the one in the op comes out and starts flopping around to some shitty nog song. I thought it was a joke at first so I strat looking around the audience and everyone is looking everywhere but the stage. Halfway through this atrocity another sheboon comes barging out out from behind the stage and starts berating the audience for not throwing peanuts at the shambling ape on stage.

"She be doing her best an tryn' real hard. You need to give her money!"

I look over at my buddy and he's choking back laughter which makes me start laughing then other guys in the crowd start laughing and this enrages the second Sherborn and she just starts screaming at the crowd about being cheap and trying to guilt people into throwing out tips. I'm still laughing and she turns her attention towards me with nostrils flaring and starts what I can only assume to accuse me and the rest of the crowd of a racism. At this point people start heckling her back and the dancing boon starts to cry and flees backstage. The manager comes out and is trying to herd the feral boon backstage with little success. So he decides the best course of action is to kick us out for causing a disturbance while the Sherborn is screaming the equivalent of "Das rite!", over his shoulder. It was the funniest fucking thing I'd ever seen in a strip joint. I had completely forgotten about that incident until I saw this post so thanks for making me laugh today, op.
