Osha regulations usually require a period for feedback from the public. The reason they're rushing this mandate is because it will not hold up in court. The only way that you can even bring this in as an emergency measure is if there's a high possibility of harm.

So far, global probability of death from the coof (at high estimates) is 0.15% chance. Death by car accident in the US (over the full lifetime) is 0.934% chance. Death by coof in a year is approximately equivalent to death by drowning.

This of course is for everybody. Death by coof for working age adults in the US is sitting around 0.02%
This is not enough of a danger to force people to take the jab.

So, they're forcing it through fast so that it has an effect before it gets kicked out in court.

After watching 10 hours of my states special council I can say that the feds have weaponized funds against us.

The legislature wants to fight, but they're too fucking chicken shit about losing hospitals because of medicare. They're too fucking chicken shit about road budgets. They're too fucking chicken shit in general.

They threw a paltry amount of funds into the pot, but they have no real plan to fight off anything OSHA brings down. It's just so they can say that we helped fight against this, but they have no plans of defending nurses and doctors, they have no plans to fight off vax passports. They're just 100% chicken shit and I'm so sick of this.

We can fight as much as we like, but nobody has our backs.

Edit : Oh yeah and I forgot, they'll extort the education departments through funding. Just wait. Local education boards will be bribed while state governments will be extorted. "My state is a sovereign entity" Such a fucking lie.

Legally they cannot force acknowledgement of the vaccinated status and insure that non-vaccinated workers cannot come into contact with other workers. Just a bit further down there's also Georgia Tech which has $650M in contracts. Every university would get fucked by this, not just the states that are sueing.

The fun bit is that they don't bring up private sector employment. I know for a fact that GE, Boeing, Raytheon, SouthWest, Honeywell, and Simons will be effected. On a secondary level who they subcontract with will also be effected (Amazon, Google, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Tata, Tech Mahindra, Cap Gemini, Dell, HP, etc. The list just goes on). All face the same issue.
