Honestly he should have stuck to screen acting and avoided the open mic like the plague. Apparently he was one of the more dedicated actors on the show and would get ticked off if other actors didn't remember their lines or kept laughing at the jokes. That kind of professionalism doesn't always carry onto different avenues of comedy.
