Any recommendations for decent tube notching setup?

Was looking at that eastwood notcher and seems ok but have not seen one firsthand.

Rambling prelude. Main job begins at two minutes forty seconds, with a large cast steel part that broke. Deep weld. Ends up on milling machine at the end.
