I have a nice hybrid pillow top mattress. Its about 5 years old and I have always used a waterproof mattress pad. I have animals and accidents happen. I decided to take it off because the mattress is older now and I'm not worried about it. To my supreme surprise its much comfortable with it off. I stay cooler and it is much softer. You would think that pad would make a difference, its soft fabric with a thin waterproof material on the underside. I'm just a bit shocked at how different the bed feels with it off. Neat.
Terminator Resistance is fucking hard. I think its the first game I have ever played that gives me anxiety. When I see those fucking terminators its actually kind of scary. It strikes something within me. I love it! I'm so glad I gave the game another chance because its really fun, great actually.
I'm going to have pumpkin pie for dinner. I can do that because I workout almost everyday with my primary focus being lifting. Oh but don't get me wrong, I do a lot if cardio. I only played it for about an hour and I just wasn't feeling it. It felt kind of generic and uninspired. The graphics feel like ps3 era. I am a gigantic terminator fan so I was a bit surprised that I didn't love it. I returned it but as soon as I did I regerted it. I feel like I should have given it more time. Its almost like as soon as I returned it I realized I kind of did like it. No regerts is my motto so I went to go buy it again today when my steam credit came through. Guess what? It was now 50% off ha ha ha. It worked out beautifully ha ha ha . I also bought Mafia the definitive edition. So I got two games for the same price I originally paid for the one ha ha ha. I have been having really good luck and let me tell ya, I appreciate it universe. I acknowledge my luck and thank you for it. Its crazy how much these cards are going for. Good luck finding a 3060 for under $650. That's over double retail but we all know retail price is never actual retail price. Oh and the 3060 does much better at rt and that other thing. I have owned both the 2070s and 3060 and I am happier with the 3060. I am also running a 11700 and it is so good. These are the cards I have owned... That I can remember: 1070, 1080ti, 2070s, 3060, 6700xt. I think there are more but I don't recall. I have a small form gaming pc now. I like small cases, non rgb. I like plain but nice looking.
Logitech g502. Its really nice, best one I have ever used. I've always liked heavy mice so I put in every weight it came with. Feels great in the hand, buttons are very responsive. I really like the extended grip under the thumb, it adds another element of maneuverability. I am really happy with my new mouse.
Its a Logitech G710+ old keyboard that's been around forever. Its a high end mechanical. Very heavy and sturdy, the build quality is top notch. No retarded RGB , volume control USB passthrough, its quite, beautiful button presses and it looks really nice. I honestly suspect this is one of the best gaming keyboards on the planet. Love maker rackshackler.
So for years i hear how great IPS panels are, they are so much better than TN blah blah blah. TN panels suck blah blah blah. Its old tech blah blah blah.
Well let me tell ya, IPS might be better technically but in reality a high quality TN panel looks better.
I have been through 2 high end IPS and both got returned in favor of my 5 year old 240Hz Acer Predator TN panel. IPS has some serious backlight glow and it ruins its contrast ratio advantage. Also there is ghosting in motion handling, i can't stand it. My TN does motion so much better and there is no glow. It also feels way more responsive even though the new panels i tried were also 240Hz.
Picture quality and colors on the TN are just as good, maybe better. Just don't look at an angle ha ha ha.
Don't buy into hype, it often falls flat my love maker.
Its a really nice looking small form gaming pc. I upgraded a bunch of stuff on it to improve cooling and it is actually a great machine. Just as good as any custom build. Much better looking than most.
