As of 13 Sept 2021, NSW residents can go outside with family members for 1 hr.
Only if they are fully vaccinated, providing that you do not go more than 5km from your home, are not with friends, are not lingering, can prove full vaccination and show private health documentation and providing that 70% of the other sheep are also double jabbed. Everyone else cough your guts up in doors.

You wouldn't feel so sneeringly bright and cheerful if your 2020 and 2021 was spent in lockdown.

It was - I am in the US. The only difference is that we didn't obey, and I made it a point to disobey anywhere I went, even if I didn't need to go anywhere.
