Because of you glorious bastards combined with religious knowledge and experience, I have the resources I need. I will also be hiring a lawyer since work has explicitly stated that exemption filing will be put before a panel of lawyers. As I was raised fundamental Baptist, this is a cakewalk.
Once I finish, I'll post my resources and whatnot so you can use it as a template.
Just claim a religious exemption. Equal Opportunity law would then trump and you open a case for suing them if terminated.
There's a whole butt ton of case law at the Supreme Court level regarding it so it wouldn't have to be litigated again and there's clear jurisprudence around the matter.
For those that weren't raised as religious or don't have a set religious authority, you're not required to show one, just express your convictions.
