Vax Target #1, #2 In September: The latest New South Wales roadmap to recovery outlines a range of freedoms for fully vaccinated people in the state when 80% of those aged 16 and over are vaccinated.
Mid September or 80% vaccination = Freedom
In October: Unvaccinated people will remain restricted, but will have the same freedoms by December 1, when 90% of adults are expected to be vaccinated.
December 1st or 90% vaccination = Freedom
Vax Target #3 In November: However, they'll now have to wait until December 15, or, whatever date NSW reaches 95 per cent double dose coverage for people aged 16 and above.

Remember when I suggested a bill signed by Brad Hazzard pushed the reopening of the NSW state from September to December, then again from December 1st to December 17th as was implied?
Well it's been confirmed 2hrs ago now, that NSW lockdown will be effective until at least Dec 15th or later.
"Ultimately we want a united society and we believe moving that date back to December 15 will incentivise [people to get vaccinated]," he said.
