This is a far worse set-up/ frame-up/ stitch-up then anyone realizes. The daughter of this man was forcibly raped and beaten, by a professed transgender girl, in a women's restroom on May 28. The boy (and I'm gonna call him that from here on) had already been charged based on the girl's complaint. The boy was transferred from one school to another within Loudoun County.
At the time of the crime the school board meeting had already been scheduled for June 22 and the transgender policy was on the agenda. The principals of both schools, the superintendent, the school board, the sheriff's department, the county police, the commonwealth's attorney and the courts already knew of this incident before the meeting. They also knew that this father was scheduled to speak.
It is clear that they all did their opposition research on him before the meeting. The deputies had already identified him. This transgender activist was tasked with confronting the father. She called his daughter a liar, to provoke him. The deputy was already standing over his shoulder at the time, that was convenient. The deputy had no call to pull the man away. That action caused the understandably irate father to fight back, he had no idea who was pulling on him. The altercation was pre-planned, as was the arrest and the prosecution. They intended to silence him because if he spoke the transgender policy could not have been passed. Note that the school board chairman said aloud that the father was just there to disrupt the meeting.
The commonwealth attorney personally appeared at this father's arraignment. She was prosecuting the case herself and charging felonies and demanding the greatest penalties allowed. The boy has gone on to assault another girl at Broad Run though not as seriously.
Then the fools in the White House decided to orchestrate still another fraud. They would use the father's criminal case as Exhibit A and the father as Public Enemy No. 1 in their contrived NSBA-teachers'-unions-Justice-Department plan to suppress and chill speech at school board meetings around the country. A bridge too far. Now the fraud is unraveling and the father and his daughter are getting the national attention they deserve. The lies from the superintendent and the school board are making matters worse.
