Referring to our chat last night, Joe, seems to me the most relevant aspect of the article for TLOL members is this statement:
"Sanctions might include exclusion from the financial system, material support to terrorism charges for anybody aiding, abetting, or praising the suspect, or removal of any online propaganda disseminated by the individual or their organisation. 105".
While I doubt (current) goats would engage in unlawful activity, which would obviously be caught by legislation, they do seem to have their heroes and laud them, and they could get snared by any legislation that implements the above suggestion.
E: without making any judgement, I note there's been considerable support on this site for Kyle Rittenhouse. I just use this case as an example to demonstrate how some TLOL members can become very passionate about people they see as representing their cause.
E2: a better example would be Tarrant. If the abovementioned suggestion had been implemented by legislation at the relevant time...many then goats would have been in breach of the law.

Conclusion
Legislation or not. Don't condone violence.
