i used shredded gouda, French diced mushrooms canned artichoke, Fresh Hyssop from my spice garden and of course some herbs de provance the puree/sauce is a mixture of bell pepper puree mixed with a bit of aubergine puree a true delight, shit took me over 40 minute to prepare Oh, and for the base i used Buckwheat (best tasting and best health-wise)

Will not try again thank you. Fat is a necessary evil that will be part of any good protein source anyway.
Ingesting fat for fat's sake is just dumb. Also, cheese is the dumbest of the dairies.
