Sign into an existing account

I got suspended from work yesterday after coming in while refusing to be vaxxed or tested to maintain a bullshit exemption. They wouldn't give me a length of suspension or any other details, but had me clean out my desk, return company property, etc. Alright. Was told HR would be in contact. Alright. Well it turns out they had my work email locked and then sent an email to the locked account after I left the building stating that if I didn't respond to their notice by the next morning, this is evidence of my "voluntary resignation". How could I respond to an email I couldn't see and didn't know existed?

They've been pushing for me to resign for a while now and finally went turbojew in order to make it look like I've been ignoring their reasonable requests. I don't know the exact reason why, but it appears as though they're scared to outright fire me, so HR has decided to play mind games to get me to give up and willingly leave.

I sent them an email from my personal account today stating I AM NOT resigning and per my state's laws, I demand to have my HR file sent to me as soon as possible. I also threatened legal action. Now I just need to find an employment lawyer to discuss my case. AT least a free consultation and all that, just to see if I have any ground to stand on. I at least want it in my file that I haven't resigned. It's sick and deranged that the company is trying to prevent me from using unemployment after they kick me out.

All this because I won't get vaxxed or allow an overzealous employer to act as my doctor. I have to prove I'm not sick to come into work, but the vaccinated retards can come in and spread covid around whenever? Fuck you. I have a family that depends on me to provide for them. DOTR when?
