Europeans found the Roman Republic. After Augustus, European genetics seem to massively disappear (in Italy only) in place of Arabs (probably whitish like Assad, not brown) and Jews, feeding off the success. The europeans clearly move north where there's less subhumans. This eventually engenders the crisis of the third century when Roman emperors moved their capital north to northern italy then france (and even before officially changing the capital they had ceased living in Rome for a while). So even the capital had to move to the whiter areas where it was nicer cause the subhumans were ruining Rome and southern italy, exact same phenomenon as today where our capitals are becoming overrun. Of course no historian will admit this basic reason and will try to concoct anything else.

With the crisis of the third century ruining the success of the empire, around 300, the arab vultures fuck off completely. After this there's some recovery. The jews remain until the empire collapses, then run away. Unfortunately, whilst the Germans conquer the place (then lose it, then reconquer), they only rule and don't replace the now dominant commoners of mediterranean stock, probably cause of christian monogamy.
