For those who know true Scripture, only Israelites (called Caucasians after they migrated through the Caucus mountains to form the European nations) can repent. This doctor appears to be of Edomite / Cannanite / Khazarian extraction. Literally, he cannot repent because he is of the seed of Cain, formed when the enchanter seduced Eve. The point is, we are not even supposed to pray for or try to convert these people. They are demons by DNA, not just choice as we are taught. They are genetically and spiritually separate.
