Maybe it's sinister black ops shit or it could be what happens when you station 3 regiments of airborne infantry made up of 18 to 21 year old wild asses in a city with high drug and crime rates. When I was there if the post went 82 days with out a death we got a 3 day weekend. That counter rarely climbed past the 30s.
