I have come to this realization. I am able to show the ones I love around me the truth. I was hoping to show that to the people i've spent years with online, thinking they were fellow skeptics. I'm far more interested in investing my time in going down to the local beach and jetties with signs and binoculars. We have an island 16 miles out from our shore which should be obscured by 35 metres of curvature. I'm going to actively make people aware of the lie. This is why I think he is a fed/hired gatekeeper
