If i chase someone around trying to tase and kidnap them, what happens to me? And why isnt it happening to the guy in this video chasing down, trying to tase and kidnap someone everyone else clearly knew was innocent?
Until that changes, even the cop telling him to stop isnt doing his fucking job and isnt a good cop.
