If mankind evolved from the same African ancestor their blood would be compatible, but it's not. Why does the body of an Rh negative mother carrying an Rh positive child reject her own offspring? Where did the Rh negatives come from?

If a small amount of the baby’s blood mixes with your blood, which often happens, your body may respond as if it were allergic to the baby. Your body may make antibodies to the Rh antigens in the baby’s blood. This means you have become sensitized and your antibodies can cross the placenta and attack your baby’s blood.

My father who was descended from Tasmanian aboriginals was Rh Negative, he never passed it on to me since I am O Pos like most other ppl .. I don't know whether that fits into the "Antediluvian" hypothesis, maybe it does.
