I once worked on a video game called Area-51. We paid quite a bit for a Bob Lazar interview. We already had the story, but the environment artists wanted info about the layout of Groom Lake. It was a private interview, not published. The info wasn’t worth the money, but it was still cool to meet him.
Air plane and bus windows were blacked out. Sometimes they would drive them in circles around the base to confuse them but we’re always dropped off at the same check point. It was in a hanger, you went down some stairs, there was a device that read your palm print, a bunch of pins you pressed your hand into. You got access, you were escorted to your hub. You waited there with your group and security until your elevator arrived. There were no buttons in the elevator, the guard radios for it to start. So, he didn’t see much except for where he checked in and the level where he worked.
