Normally this is a discourse on the Ukrainian war from a Russian slant. They just took a hard left turn to discuss the $1 million dollar US coin.

It's an embezzlement strategy. If you skim 0.1% of a million dollars it's hardly worth the effort. If you drive the bill up to a billion, it's a big payday.
