Yeah I dunno where you're supposed to set that limit. If one person wants to leave inane voat comments all day, and they're not doing it any faster than one person can type, then what can ya say?
Of course i haven't blocked him myself so I guess that's an indicator it doesn't bother me that much. What a strange case. I think if he is a human and not a bot he will get tired eventually.
