Here in Quebec, they are already having trouble filling teacher positions, because new teachers are generally unable to manage their classrooms. They were already anxious getting into the field, and convinced themselves that they would live something akin to "Welcome Back Kotter," so they were unprepared for the low IQ and aggression of the coloured population, the constant cheating and scheming of the Muslims, the laziness of the Latin contingent and the heightened sensitivity of the French Canadians. As a result, they get depressed, take pills for it, and quit when it doesn't help. A bill like this one would guarantee that there would no longer be _any_ teachers in schools whatsoever.
