I only vaguely know who Mr beast is but one thing I do know is how internet personalities operate. The formula goes like this:
1) Make outrageous claim or do outrageous thing 2) lean into it so long as people are talking about it 3) walk it back when the attention of the masses start to move on to the next outrageous thing 4) claim it was just a prank bro (or) it was a test to see who was smart enough to understand that it was a social experiment 5) like subscribe and donate cash for next thing. 6) repeat
Anyone with a decent following is managed by one of a dozen or so talent agencies. It's basically ghetto Hollywood. Ever since that writers strike happened 15 or 20 years ago and all of the'reality' shows became a thing.
They did it because it was cheap and easy. The only real work was done in the editing room. All of these internet personalities are simply a further iteration of that. Managed and directed by the same clowns who've churned out nothing but degenerate, derivative slop and remakes for the last 20 years.
Even worse, nobody knows who is paying the bulk of the money these clowns pull down. That's part of the reason you see these fags flip 180 degrees on a topic so often. If you take anything these dipshits say at face value you are retarded. Even the dissident types pull down shadow bucks and work it into their routine. Mister metokur, Scott adams, Owen Benjamin, ethan ralph...the list goes on. Of course they don't earn like the lefty fags do. They do earn though.
