When it comes to the Bolshevik Revolution, much has already been said about the jewish involvement through the jewish founded and jewish run Bolshevik party and it's financiers who were also jewish such as Jacob Schiff and Max Warburg. Whoever, the Bolshevik jews would have never been able to take over the massive empire that was Imperial Russia if it weren't for the infrastructure and the tools that were available to them in 1917 which was needed for them to pull of a revolution like that with very little resistance.

And in this thread, I will be talking about one of the most valued agents of the jews, Sergei Witte who played one of the key roles in putting Russia in a situation that made it possible for the jewish communists to take it over. We're going to step by step look into who he worked for and what the consequences of his actions were to Russia.

Who was Sergei Witte?

Sergei Witte, born in year 1849, Tiflis, Georgia and he was the 13th Finance Minister of Imperial Russia and the 1st Prime Minister of Russia.

Looking at which family he belonged to we find our second red flag.
Sergei was born to Yekaterina Andreyevna Witte. The first cousin of Sergei Witte was Helena Blavatsky and his mother was her aunt.

Helena Blavatsky was an evil occultist and her work would go on to influence sick individuals such as Aleister Crowley who was a big admirer of hers. The Kabbalah heavily influenced Blavatsky's line of thinking and work. She also praised the jews, naturally.

With such family members, it would make sense that Witte himself would be a corrupt person, correct? Yes. Looking at his behavior, we will see that he was indeed not a moral person.

He was known for having a habit of being a womanizer and getting women to leave their husbands for him. In fact, Witte's wife was jewish and he went out of his way to marry her, going as far as to force her to marry him. He even threatened the jewess's husband with administrative measures if he didn't accept the divorce with her. He also used to his position as the Minister of Finance to bribe people necessary to him and paid journalists, both Russian and foreign ones to write favorably of him and to discredit his opponents.

Already we've seen red flags with the family he belongs to, and his behavior as well, showing behaviors that are characteristic of a jew. This brings us to our next point. His major ties to jews, especially jewish bankers.
Sergei Witte started his career by becoming involved in the Russian railroad industry. An industry that was pretty much under jewish control as many ''Russian'' railroad tycoons were jewish.

Sergei became employed at the South-Western Railways Company, a company that was established and owned by the jew Jan Bloch. Bloch was also known as the 'King of the Railways' because of his prominent role in the railway industry in Russia. He married the niece of Leopold Kronenberg, Kronenberg was a jewish banker and was also one of the leaders of the January Uprising against Russia with the purpose to give 'independence' to Poland, whoever the real intent of this uprising was to emancipate the jew (see here; https://files.catbox.moe/wv5xx7.png).">https://files.catbox.moe/wv5xx7.png). Bloch because of this marriage became a very prominent banker in Poland.

Witte had also close ties Samuel Polyakov, another jew who was a railroad financier and contractor and was considered another of Russia's 'railroad kings'. He was naturally an advocate for jewish emancipation. Sergei Witte before entering government service was connected to Polyakov's business interests. According to Witte, Polyakov worked for Ivan Tolstoy who was then the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs and it was Tolstoy who launched Polyakov's career. It is possible that Ivan Tolstoy was a Freemason as he is seen doing the Freemasonic hidden hand sign in one of his portraits.

Witte used his position as the Minister of Finance and his close connection to Tsar Nicholas II to act as the guardian angel for the Polyakov family. In 1901, the Polyakov banks had supposedly sustained big losses and risked bankruptcy thus Witte came to the rescue and manipulated the Tsar into thinking that saving the Polyakov banks was in the interest of the state because if allowed to go bankrupt it could lead to an 'economic crisis' in Russia and unfortunately this deception by Witte worked. Thus the Polyakov banks were saved by placing it under the State Bank with the State Bank servicing Polyakov debt instead. A sweet deal for this jewish family indeed thanks to their good friend, Sergei Witte.

On October 29, 1888, the imperial train that was carrying Tsar Alexander III and his family derailed at high speed causing the death of 21 people in what is known as the Borki train disaster. However, Alexander III and his family managed to survive. What's interesting is that the line where this disaster happened had been built by no other than the buddy of Witte, the jew, Samuel Polyakov. The official cause of this crash was concluded as inconclusive, however, who led the investigation? No other than Witte himself who was also a railway manager at this time and had previously been the Transport Minister.
So I highly doubt a real investigation was made, especially when one of Witte's goal was to get the railroad management involvement on a road built by a jew to escape public attention. Was the line sabotaged intentionally with the intent of killing Tsar with Witte being involved in this plot? Sergei Witte destructive role as Russia's Finance Minister

In March 1899, when he was serving as Russia's finance minister, Sergei Witte, presented a manifesto outlining his economic policy one of which would be focused on receiving an influx of foreign capital which is another word for receiving loans from foreign (jewish) banks with his reasoning being that this foreign capital was needed to 'develop' Russia's economy:

Witte with him being a suspected agent for the Judeo-Freemasons did, as expected, held liberal views and was supportive of not only civil rights but also jewish emancipation. Numerous judeo-freemasonic uprisings had already been attempted against Russia to try to achieve those particular goals. One of the reasons as to why Witte was against laws restricting the rights and freedoms of jews was because he wanted to make it easier for Russia to take loans from specifically jewish banks. This makes it clearer that his economic policy of getting to Russia to receive foreign capital, was capital coming from jewish bankers.

Sergei Witte quickly went to work as the Finance Minister and from the very same year he outlined his economic policy which was in 1899 to 1902, Russia’s national debt had already increased by 200 million rubles or 45%! (source; Sergei Witte and the Russo-Japanese War, p.111)

The reforms set by Sergei Witte helped set up the terrible condition of the peasantry of Russia which created the conditions needed to get the masses to become more sympathetic to the jewish revolutionaries and more antagonistic towards the Tsar.

One of the biggest changes caused by Witte's reforms was the rapid industrialization across Russia. Witte made it easier for foreigners (we know what kind of foreigners we're speaking of here) to invest in Russia. Barriers were removed and incentives were given for foreigners to invest in Russia's industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Witte also implemented the gold standard for the purpose of improving foreign exchange thus encouraging further foreign investment into Russia. More loans were taken by Witte during this period as well. Much of this (((foreign capital))) came from France and Britain and by 1900, around half of Russia's industries were foreign-owned.

This policy implemented by Witte put the Russian economy in a very bad position, as his focus on spending massive resources on rapid industrialization of Russia instead of agriculture which was the primary source of income of Russia at that time had helped to impoverish the peasantry, this was also the prevailing opinion of that day.

Another problem that this reform caused was that there was no big internal demand for the products made by Russia's industry, so when there was not a big enough foreign demand for Russia's industry fall upon, the industries of Russia became dependent on the continuation of foreign loans for revenue. Being that much of Russia's economy, thanks to Witte, was now heavily dependent the revenues created by the Russian industry, the result was when the demand for Russian products for the foreign market decreased, and with no domestic market to fall upon, the fate of the Russian economy was in the hands of the jewish bankers who provided Russia with loans. An economic enslavement trap, set up by Witte. And this heavily damaged the Russian economy, more so than most countries, when the worldwide industrial stagnation happened.

This quote from the source above paints a very clear picture of the devastation that the policy of Witte had caused Russia and how it was the result of these policies that paved the way for the later, jewish-led Bolshevik Revolution;

''At the end of his career as Minister of Finance Witte faced a bitter indictment of his economic policies from practically all groups of Russian society. For the sake of rapid industrialization, it was said, he had vastly increased both Russia's foreign debt and her dependence upon foreign creditors in the future; her foreign debt was the largest held by any government in the world. In order to facilitate the influx of foreign capital he had introduced the gold standard at great cost to the Russian people, perpetuating thus, in order to prevent the outflow of gold, the necessity for an excessively high tariff. And, in order to support his pet industries, Witte taxed the population to exhaustion, absorbed the savings from local savings banks into the treasury, and curtailed badly needed social and cultural services. Proponents of organic schools in Imperial Russia which wanted to preserve the traditional order in Imperial Russia, both on the rural side and on the aristocracy side had;

''deplored the conspicuous role played by Jews, mainly, Jewish financiers-whether Russian subjects or foreigners, in Russia's industrialization and criticized the heavy Jewish presence amongst Witte's advisor''.

We can see quite clearly who was truly behind the industrialization of Russia, Sergei Witte was only used as the puppet.
Rapid industrialization also led to an influx of peasants to Russian cities looking for work, however, no consideration was made that this would also result in rapid urban growth. Thus the cities were not equipped to handle this massive sudden urban growth. The cities could not provide sufficient housing for everybody which led to new social problems, a problem which led more of the people to sympathize with the jewish revolutionaries. Just as planned.

Not only this, but the workers' conditions in the factories were horrendous, they had to work monotonous and dangerous jobs for long hours (10-15 hours). Risk for injury was high, the work environment was unhygienic and was often under freezing conditions, the food that was provided to the workers was of very low quality with low nutrition and because of lack of housing, the workers had to live in ramshackle dormitories and tenements. The standard of living had heavily decreased for the peasant who moved to look for work in the cities.

Witte economic reforms set the stage for the worker's oppression, leading to a class of oppressed workers blaming the Tsar for their woes and siding with the jewish revolutionaries who caused this oppression in the first place:

The infographic below shows that a lot of the factories in Russia were owned by jews, so much of the oppression that happened in factories was done by factories owned by jews. This is also one of the reasons as to why jewish owners usually did not hire jewish workers because slave labor is only for the 'goyim'. However, the jewish owned factories was used to oppress the workers in order to garner support from the workers to jewish revolutionaries which were pivotal for making the Bolshevik Revolution happen. Problem, reaction, solution. Remember also that a lot of (((foreign capital))) went to the factories of Russia, many of whom owned by jews.. So we can see who actually benefited from Witte's economic reform in Russia and who actually benefited from the loans that were given to Russia thanks to Witte. It was jews giving money to other jews.

Witte, an agent of the Jewish bankers

As if his economic reforms weren't enough to show that this traitor was a judeo-freemasonic agent, let's make this fact undeniable by looking a little deeper into his connections to big jewish bankers and which banks he took loans from to totally financially enslave Russia.
In 1904, Witte traveled to New York, there he toured Manhattan's Lower East Side, an area of dense jewish immigrant settlement, many of whom that spoke Russian. I am sure he wanted to meet his own kindred while visiting New York.

Being his policy of continuously seeking loans from foreign banks, it would make sense that he would have established a connection with the biggest financial center of the world, Wall Street. During his trip to New York, he did indeed visit Wall-Street. Interestingly, he seemed to have been a respected individual in Wall Street because trading was suspended for ten minutes in his honor. Could it be because of his successful on-going sabotage of Imperial Russia, why else would the jews of Wall-Street provide this respect to him?

Being that Wall Street is entirely run by jews, this should coincide quite well with Witte admitting in his memoirs that he had the support of American jews because he was one of the few rare Russian statesmen that advocated a ''humane treatment'' of Russian jewry. In other words, he was receiving their support for doing their bidding in both working towards emancipating the jew while at the same time financially ruining Russia by enslaving it to jewish bankers while implementing policies which was paving the way for a communist revolution.

He had also met with a group of representatives from American jews at Portsmouth, it included two jewish bankers and the jewish American ambassador to Constantinople. One of the jewish bankers that met with Witte was no other than Jacob Schiff, one of the biggest financiers of the jewish Bolsheviks and one of the main financiers of Japan during the Russo-Japanese War. Schiff during his meeting with Witte wanted an immediate emancipation of the jews, this is something Witte wanted himself but realized it was too early to do so at this stage, probably because everything was not set in motion yet in Russia at this time to make it happen.

Sergei Witte was also on very friendly terms with the Rothschilds, one of them was Baron Alphonse Rothschilds. In 1905, Witte was in pursuit of a big loan to Russia. Baron Alphonse Rothschilds was dead but the new Rothschild head was willing to provide full assistance in providing a loan to Russia JUST OUT OF RESPECT for Witte as a statesman but would not be able to do so until jews were emancipated in Russia. This just shows how respected Witte was by even the biggest of jewish bankers.
Witte claimed that he couldn't connect the loan to the Jewish question and the real reason for that was probably because his intention to financially enslave Russia to the jews would become too obvious, he decided to give up on securing the participation of the Rothschild.. or so what we're told.

Instead he saw out a group of ''French'' bankers to play the leading role in securing Russia a massive amount of loan to ''save'' Russia from an economic collapse to due to the financial burden that had been placed on it due to the Russo-Japanese War (and Witte's economic reforms).

The negotiation started with Neutzlin, who was the head of the Banque de Paris des Pays Bas. In this negotiation, it was agreed that the amount of the loan should be made as LARGE AS POSSIBLE. Neutzlin then went home, talked with the other members of this banking syndicate and they all agreed to the terms of the agreement that was made between Witte and Neutzlin.

Witte would have you believe that Banque de Paris was the chief banking institution in the 'Christian group of banker's syndicate'.

But looking deeper into this bank's history, we see that this bank was not only a bank founded by jews, but jews affiliated with the Rothschilds.

Bischoffsheim family was interwoven with the Goldschmidt family and the Goldschmidt family was in turn interwoven with the Rothschild family. A cozy tie between various powerful jewish banking families.
The coat of arms of Barons Von Goldschmidt-Rothschild is quite interesting. It includes the colors yellow and red, both colors prominent in flags and symbols used by communists. It also has two arms lifting a hammer into the air, another signature symbol of communism. This coat of arms dates back to 1903 before any of these colors and symbols became the official for communism.

A revealing letter sent to Witte from the head of the jewish banking house of Mendelsohn & Co has him saying in regards to the loan that Witte had secured for Russia;

''I congratulate you upon the achievement of the great undertaking and to tell you with what profound satisfaction we see this important transaction finally brought to a happy consummation''.
He also reveals that Mendelsohn's house invested in this loan and he wanted Witte to keep this a secret.

He goes on to say; ''The international loan is an accomplished fact. The last stage was reached yesterday. This great financial victory is today the subject of general conversation, and Russian credit for the first time since the beginning of the war, is in the process of striking root in a considerably enlarged territory. Having reported this triumph, to which, thanks to your Excellency, I have had the honor of contributing my share from the first to last, I turn to your Excellency, filled with profound gratefulness for the confidence you have shown me throughout the course of the negotiations.''

This letter reveals that the jewish house of Mendelsohn was part of this negotiation and that they invested it in it, but not only that, but they were very happy with contributing to making this massive loan to Russia happen and speaks of Witte with admiration and respect for making this transaction a reality.

The question here is, why is a big jewish banker so satisfied in providing a massive loan to Russia when Russia at this time was supposedly an enemy of jewry? The answer is obvious, it's because this loan was designed to totally financially enslave Russia with Witte continuing his policy of turning Russia into a financial debt slave to jewish bankers.

Sergei Witte and the Russo-Japanese War

The animosity between Russia and Japan started after the Japanese victory over China in the first Sino-Japanese War (1894-1895). Germany and France were not too happy about the result of this war and neither was Russia because they saw Japan as a rising competitor in the region of East Asia. And as such, these three nations decided to threaten Japan with military action if Japan did not halt their seizure of Chinese territory. This intervention by Russia, Germany, and France was called the 'Triple Intervention' and because Japan reluctantly agreed to the demand of these three nations. This caused further animosity between Japan and Russia and the action of the Triple Intervention is cited as one of the main causes of the later Russo-Japanese War.

And we see that the cause of this animosity was no other than Witte himself as in his memoirs he admits that he played a central role in organizing the initiative of the Triple Intervention. He convinced Tsar Nicholas that the territorial integrity of China was in Russia's best interest.

However this was, of course, a lie, it was in Witte and his jewish buddies best interests, not Russias.
Witte 'dreamed' of capturing Far Eastern markets for the products of Russian industry.

Witte was behind the project of building the Trans-Siberian Railroad and he had set firm deadlines for the completion of sections. This pressure set by Witte on his workers led to accidents as well as supply and equipment breaking down with diseases and exposure inflicting the workforce, so much so, that the state had to turn to prisoners to help finish the project. This shows the lack of care Witte had for the worker, just like his jewish buddies in the factories.

Trans-Siberian Railway was a step forward for Witte to expand further into Asia and the Pacific and in order for him to make this happen, Russia needed a warm-water port in the East. With Japan winning the war against China and with the threat of Japan taking over Port Arthur, this would undermine Witte's goal and thus in came the Triple Intervention to stop this from happening, which angered the Japanese and is as mentioned before, one of the main causes of the Russo-Japanese War. So the one to benefit the most from this intervention was Witte and his ambitions to expand further into the East Asian markets, which was one of his 'dreams'.

The Treaty of Shimonoseki (1895) which was signed after the first Sino-Japanese War required China to pay a significant amount of indemnity to Japan and of course, this was a perfect moment for the jewish banking vultures to come in and provide China with the loans needed to pay off this indemnity. Jews had already heavily damaged the society of the Qing dynasty with the flooding of opium into China through the Sassoon family with British protection, but now it was time to take this opportunity to further economically enslave them. Thus the Russo-Chinese Bank was established to handle the corresponding loans. Again we see Witte's role in this. Sergei Witte together with the French diplomat Auguste Gerard made the decision to establish this bank. This bank had Russian shareholders (most likely many being jewish such as the Polyakov family) and French ones, including familiar banking names such as the jewish buddies of Witte at Banque de Paris et des Pays-Bas who would later play a key role in providing Russia with the biggest loan in modern history at the beginning of the 20th century. Witte always makes sure that his jewish banker friends get a piece of the pie.

As the Russo-Japanese war raged on, the treasury of Russia was quickly being drained and by this time Witte was no longer the finance minister. Witte had become the chairman of the Committee of Ministers, a position with little power, however, Witte was not done when it came to putting Russia into even further debt to his jewish banker friends. The successor to Witte as the finance minister, Vladimir Kokovtsov, needed funds to continue to finance the war effort of Russia and thus he sought after Witte for help. Witte once again had the usual solution, which was to secure foreign loans under the auspices of the Committee of Ministers, meaning that he would be in charge of bringing in the funds to finance Russia's war effort against Japan through loans of course, enlarging Russia's already enormous foreign debt even further, a debt he created in the first place. And with this role which Witte claimed for himself, the Committee of Ministers had now become a powerful entity. This way, Witte could continue to ruin Russia's economy despite no longer being the finance minister of Russia.

Who were the banks that Russia loaned from thanks to Witte to finance their war effort against Japan?

1. Banque de Paris- Jewish bank
2. Credit Lyonnais- A bank in which individuals who were involved in its early venture were involved in the 19th century proto-Communist movement of Saint-Simonism which was started by the most likely crypto jew, Henri de Saint-Simon who was impressed by jewish messianic ideals and was also an advocate of jewish emancipation. Saint-Simonism had many jewish disciples, including jews who thought that emancipation of jews was essential for the ''liberation of humanity''.
