A few years ago, while I was focused primarily on Discord, I got called a "furry" by a tranny who was pissed that I ended the debate that we had with facts. I pointed out that it wasn't going to reproduce. This led to me to another Discord ban, but through the jew projection that it used, I realized that I knew almost next to nothing about this subject. So, I decided to go and interview a prominent furry on the subject.
The depth of the interview shocked me, though it only lasted about an hour and a half. I learned a lot.
Most furries don't seem to consider what they are doing to be a sexual thing. The primary part of a furry psychology doesn't center around sex, but seems more to be an offshoot of body dysmorphia. Most furries have health issues or handicaps, somewhat similar to the way that some people want to have healthy limbs amputated or harbor some kind of fetish for people who have amputations. There was that documentary of the healthy guy who wanted to be in a wheelchair; somewhat along the same vein to that kind of psychology. To a furry, it's less of a sexual exploration and more of a kind of transference from ordinary into a fantasy.
There are a few furries that link their behavior with sex, and many of them are specifically targeted and banned because of their often outrageous behavior crossing many others' boundaries. Much in the way that some small but loud members of a community get famous for being absolute retards, a lot of the furries are affecting by the imaging. Many of them don't get much further than the "cosplay" angle of the events themselves. While some consider it a "lifestyle," the greater majority, at least from what I was told, don't consider being a furry their primary identity.
I asked about bestiality. Bestiality is still looked at by a majority of the community as absolutely disgusting. A lot of furries have dogs or other animals, and treat them quite humanely. I've seen a few that designed their cosplay personalities around significant pets that they've had previously in their lives. Almost like a tribute. This bordered a bit on some messed up territory to me. I get missing some really cute or important pets, but it's almost like dressing up as your dead family member to tell everyone that they're still alive.
I asked about the furry porn sites. Turns out that furry porn is more about revenue than anything else I ever knew. Character creation, selling characters, and commissions go for HUGE price tags. Popular artists can receive commissions worth thousands of dollars a day. Even these fursuit designers have hundreds if not thousands of dollar price tags. While it made no sense to me who would spend this kind of investment, it's not uncommon for a furry to spend upwards of several thousand dollars on costumes, pieces, and even portraits or art designs.
Lastly, we got into the subject of "why," just to begin with. Many furries are people who have sexual blocks. Quite a few of them have some deep kind of trauma that directly affected their sexual ability or their internal identity. Fantasy appeals to them more than reality. I doubt that many of them would physically become an animal should they be given the chance, but the entire furry identity is based around being more accepting of having animal traits in human psychology. Animals tend to have more social cohesion among their own species circles; in some ways, this is a human attempt at reaching some similar levels of common understanding.
TLDR: Furries are not all about the sexual. It's more about the fantasy exploration of a different identity vs. the human identity they are required to display. While some furries are sex addicts, or degenerates, quite a few don't want to be associated with the degenerate members.
I wrote the above as a means of giving everyone who reads this more mental tools to understand what they may have trouble learning about. It's the most anti-jew thing that I can thing of to give others the mental tools to determine how they view a subject for themselves. I AM NOT DEFENDING the furries. If you view them as creepy miscreants, you're probably correct if you've only been exposed to such in your life's path. That being said, if you're interested in learning more about what you hate so your enemies cannot use that against you, you will never be defeated by lies.
@postwallhelena, I'd like some other opinions?
