How beef started: Prigozhin asked to coordinate all moves with Russian defence department run by very close Putin's friend Shoigu. Shoigu: your mission to take over Bahmut! Prigozhin: I need resources (soldiers and ammo) Longer we wait more difficult will be to progress. Ukrainians puting mines as they retrieve and blowing all bridges. Putin: You can choose untrained recruits from our prison system. I will pardon any prisoner doesn't matter what he did in past if he serves 6 month on front lines.
Final days of Bakhmut: Huge offensive operation were planned. Russian military will help to take last part of city, but in middle of fierce fighting Russian army retrieved. Wgner took city but suffer huge damage.
After this victory Prigozhin told that Russian army should take over Bakmut from them because his soldiers will leave and will not be involved in this war until Shoigu will face tribunal as traitor.
Fast forward to two days ago. Prigozhin in his Telegram channel released statement: "This is not war, but looting operation" When we Russian patriots are fighting for future of Russia Shoigu is sending recruits to load wagons with anything they can salvage from controlled territories.
Yesterday Prigozhin told that Shoigu attacked his units. First he hit with missiles, than send helicopters to finish job. So know he is heading home and like to see Shoigu to face music for his actions.
Today FBS (former KGB) issue arrest for Prigozhin for coup attempt which is capital punishment.

Putin is just very old sole dictator. He didn't build his party with loyal brothers who can continue his work.
Shoigu has half million FSB agents.
Prigozhin has 25k very well trained mercenaries who will die for him.
Anather point is public opinion. After Shoigu lost Cherson city many russians asked Putin to sack him.
When Prigozhin took Bakhmut many Russians see him as new leader.
But most important thing is that many Russian military units are praising and ready to join Wagner. Because Shoigu don't have any guidelines for Russian soldiers. Is like if you die today, next day your boots will wear next recruiter until we will break our enemy with man power.
