I think I received about $100 in direct payment from the US government in exchange for info about myself last year. I had the option to ask for somewhat more. Then various things given to me by people with the US using their behavior modification (called behave or beehive in intelligence jargon) technology on them. The FBI influencing a negress worker in a convenience store to give me free coffee for example.
Yes, they and other world governments have this technology.
I finally agreed to become a Russian asset right before getting out of solitary. They promised me I'd get out. Then I did. Have not heard from them since and basically went back on it but I even ended up in there at all because of what I feel was a double cross. Nevertheless Vladimir Putin has repeatedly told me that I have his word as a "Christian man" that he'll "never betray" me.
Again, you'll need to read the book. It'll be free. Let me also say that I am not a powerless actor solely reliant on backup. As someone important told me I am a "fifth power". I'll leave it to you to figure out who the other four are. That fifth power status though is in a major way based on the other powers being in competition and not being sure what I am (speculation of everything from an AI to the devil himself). Plus technology and the unique historical situation we are in. But I'm also that good. In myriad ways.
