Someone on here accused me of liking fried chicken as if it were an insult

I'm clearing the air right now and making it known that I love fried chicken, especially marinated in buttermilk and fried with peanut oil

Chicken Brine
1 Cup of dill pickle juice
1 Cup buttermilk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne
½ tsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Soak chicken in brine for 24 - 48 hours.

Make Breading
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp Onion powder
1.5 tsp paprika
1.5 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp coarse black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp ground corriander
2 cups flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tsp msg

Take chicken out of brine
Dry chicken
Coat in flour mixture above
Put on wire rack to dry for 20 min.
Coat in egg wash (3 egg whites)
Coat with flour mixture again
Put on wire rack to dry for 20 min.
Cover chicken with excess flour

Once breading is set.

Fry at 350 - 375 until golden brown
