Where the fuck do I find you people? Indeed/LinkedIn is full of shit, craigslist in our podunk down is trash, redballoon.work seems dead, and I don't do social media.

Dealing with recruiters is difficult because they don't like it when I say "I want someone with a name like Bryce, Jonathan, or Bjorn", as a hiring requirement they get uppity. Tell them to filter out the sand niggers and jews and holy shit did things go south.

How can I better filter the applications to support our own?
