The point the poster was trying to make is...who could be such an atrocious driver for that to happen? And it was a female. In other words the poster is engaging in male bonding by showing an instance where the female was once again shown to be a bad driver i.e. worse than a male. The technique the poster used was the time-honoured method of employing a stereotype. Quite appalling really!
