That in the eventuality of a No vote majority they can redraw the referendum.
You can vote Yes several different ways, but only a legible NO on the poll will count as an alternative to globohomo.

Now polling offices are open for Yes voters, but No voters have to wait until Oct 14th, the national news also just indicated that you can vote YES at multiple polling venues, multiple times.

There is absolutely no way this referendum won't be rigged.
