It's a great way to launder money! America loving patriots were willing to spend whatever it took to "beat the Russians" in the "arms race". Then everyone goes on this "get rid of all nukes" movement so all the nukes are "destroyed", but wait, we now have learned that Korea and other countries have nukes! Time to stock back up!
